Kiwi Course beats Trump!

February 8, 2020

Tara Iti golf course, 90 minutes north of Auckland has been ranked not only as New Zealand’s best but the world’s second best non-US course! The Golf Digest list of the top 100 non-US courses was published recently. Five other NZ courses also feature on the list:
Cape Kidnappers 22nd
Kauri Cliffs 43rd
Jack’s Point 44th
Paraparaumu Beach 65th
Kinloch 94th
These rankings really help to put New Zealand on the map as a top place to play golf, highlighting the quality of course design in this part of the world. The top spot is taken by the Royal County Down, Northern Ireland. St Andrews Old course, where it all began, is listed at 6, with Scotland’s Trump Turnberry at 10.
