Australia Golf Tours 2021

May 15, 2020

On the premise that our borders with Australia could be open soon without the compulsory 14 day quarantine both in Aussie and on our return back to NZ, (our gut feel is this will be sometime in July), there is still a possibility that one or both our Queensland golf holidays may get away for those who are still wanting to escape the upcoming winter here and are comfortable to travel again. We will be watching events and announcements very carefully and will be advising those booked on the tours of the situation as details become clearer. If we can’t travel to Coolangatta in July, we will look to see if we can reschedule the tour to run the other side of the Sunshine Coast tour.
In addition to our now regular and highly enjoyable Tasmania Golf Tour happening again in February next year, we have added an additional Australian golf tour to run in March. We have received a number of requests to run a tour to Adelaide again, so that’s exactly what we are proposing, along with the opportunity to ‘add-on’ a trip to Darwin on the famed Ghan train afterwards. We will be based in Adelaide city centre for 11 nights, close to shops, museums and attractions. With six rounds of golf, a day trip to the Barossa wine region and free days to explore the surrounding area, you will come away having well and truly ‘visited’ Adelaide. We have also timed the tour to finish on the day of the week that The Ghan luxury train leaves Adelaide for its three night journey up through the Red Centre to Darwin. We have put together an ‘add-on’ package that includes a Gold service cabin, transfers, one night’s hotel accommodation in Darwin plus the additional flight required. It’s one of those bucketlist journeys that will create lasting memories.
