With the possibility of an Australian travel bubble opening up in the next quarter (subject to what’s going on in Sydney of course!) we thought we would give an opportunity for people to get away on a Golf Tour to Cairns and the Far North of Queensland for the last half of May. Average temperatures at that time of year are a balmy 25c so it will be a good opportunity to prolong summer and escape the oncoming NZ winter. We have planned a week based in Cairns and a second week based in Port Douglas in apartment style accommodation. A day ‘s trip (included) on the Skyrail and Kuranda Scenic rail is always a highlight, plus a trip out to the Great Barrier Reef is a must-do when in this part of the world.
The Adelaide Golf Tour dates have been pushed back into April, starting just after Easter, in the hope that the travel bubble will have been established by then. The tour still finishes on a Sunday, allowing you to extend your holiday by taking the Ghan up to Darwin.
And don’t forget about our mid-winter golfing holidays to Queensland, Coolangatta, Sunshine Coast and our Golf Retreat, all running in July & August, such a great time to be soaking up the warmth rather than languishing in New Zealand! And remember, you just need to register for the tour whilst we are still in Level 1, no deposits are required at this stage.
